Shipping and returns

Shipping

Pieces ship within [5 business days] of payment, packed carefully in double-walled boxes and insured. Shipping is currently within the United States only. There is one flat, insured rate per order, based on the largest piece. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Local pickup

Pickup is free. After you order, you will get an email with the pickup address and times that work. Please bring the order confirmation.

One of a kind

Every piece is handmade and unique. The photos show the exact piece you will receive, and small variations in glaze, color and shape are part of the work. Pieces that look alike are still different, so check the SKU on the order against the one on the piece's page.

Damage and returns

If a piece arrives damaged, email within [7 days] with photos of the piece and the packaging and a refund will be arranged. [Decide: whether undamaged pieces can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping.] Because each piece is one of a kind, a replacement is not always possible.

Care

[Confirm food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe for each type of piece.] Hand wash sculptural and painted work gently, and keep paintings out of direct sun.

One insured rate per order: the rate for the largest piece, plus $4 for each additional piece.
